Reading the story shook up the vulnerable human inside me. With each abuse, I kept on screaming from inside, "How could they? He's just a kid!" it's not like any other story I’ve ever read. May a child never be abandoned. It’s an eye-opening story for sure.

WHAT CAN I SAY? I am just speechless. I underwent abuse myself too, but not as severely as Christopher. His story makes you cry, and it may even heighten your faith that animals can have better humanity than humans themselves in today's cruel times.

This book was inspiring! The most touching part was when the author emphasized their isolation, stating that they didn't have friends because they smelled bad, according to others, and surprisingly, they weren't even allowed to have lunch!!? It just makes you think that we are all blessed beyond our imagination, getting everything on our tables without even asking for it and with ease.
